The Official Drink of PHLanthropy Week Created by Bartender Barry
  • 1/2 ounce       Honey Syrup (honey and hot water)

  • 1/2 ounce       Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

  • 1 ounce           Chilled Apple Cider

  • 1 &1/2 ounce  Bourbon

  • 1                      Cinnamon stick

  • 1 cup               Ice

The Golden Hour represents the most critical time after a traumatic injury or event. With an unprecedented pandemic that further revealed the faults in our healthcare and economic systems, this drink represents the need to not only act quickly but to act intentionally as we move forward.
